The BOI (Board of Investment of Thailand) is a government agency responsible for promoting investments in businesses that benefit the Thai economy. It offers both tax and non-tax incentives to approved investors.
Types of BOI Incentives
- Tax Incentives

Conditions for Receiving BOI Incentives
- The business must fall under a BOI-promoted activity category (as listed in BOI announcements)
- Must meet the minimum investment requirement (excluding land and working capital)
- Must comply with the conditions stated in the promotion certificate, such as use of technology, employment, export-oriented production, etc.
